Can returning players not do the account creation quest? Is it okay to log in as a guest?

I was scared of Uma-wang at first, but all the raid bosses look terrifying. I'm overwhelmed by their size. They look like they'll jump out of my phone. I'm a total newbie.

The account creation quest isn't working, and the clear quest isn't working either...? I'm so confused...
