It's been about 3 months since I quit. What new characters have come out recently?

Time flies, doesn't it?

Other than playing through the story in the lobby, it's the same every day. Since I can't log in at the same time as guild members, I don't get much help. Once the time quests are over, I don't feel like buying the game anymore.

The outcome of PVP content is determined by the top spenders on each server, and players with less than 100 million won (approx. $75k USD) play by leeching off them. While it's fun to grow solo, joining an alliance is essential as it's difficult to participate in events or defend your mansion without one. Personally, I wouldn't even look at this genre if it weren't for Resident Evil. It's embarrassing to even say it's a generic SLG with a Resident Evil skin slapped on. It's a game that just puts Resident Evil characters into hero units without utilizing the world-building, and slaps the Resident Evil title on it. The mansion skins are also all off-theme (toy store, gingerbread house), and the rotation events are just content made with hastily applied terms from the original games. There's an adventure part at the beginning, but it's just for show and meaningless in the overall game (and can be skipped). The biggest question is why Capcom lent its flagship IP to a mobile game of this quality.

At first, it felt like Bahamut, but the mini-games are scarce, and the main gameplay involves building structures and forming alliances...

It's just okay, playable.

Joining an alliance is beneficial because you can receive rewards when alliance members make purchases. Also, alliance members can support your construction, research, and healing, allowing for faster growth. While it's possible to reach the top 1% without spending money, you'll always fall behind in event rankings when competing against paying players. Therefore, server selection is crucial. Avoid server 131, as it has the highest number of paying players across all servers.

This game requires a lot of thinking. There are mission sections where you need to use some strategy, but other than that, everyone can have fun together, so it's good for when you want to kill some time.

I wandered around alone for a while and figured it out. Go to the fountain, get the clock hand, then go to the clock, insert the hand, set it to 9:30, and go to the painting. The safe will open. Take the fragment from there and go to the Alliance Center.

How do I complete this? I've looked everywhere and I still don't get it :(
