It's really tough if you don't watch ads. Still, you lose track of time. Leveling up is easier if you watch ads. It's a good game to kill time.

Watch an ad right at the start to max out your employees and begin. The game becomes much easier afterwards.

There are parts where progress gets blocked if you don't watch ads, and many ads pop up in the middle without any rewards. If you follow the tip on the community about changing DNS settings and turn them off, it's quite playable.
