If you're running the game just to complete Time Quests and keep getting interrupted by auto-ads, here's a tip: if you keep the in-game shop open, you won't be taken to the auto-ads. This way, you can just let the Time Quest timer run out without playing.

Set your Private DNS to automatic, then watch reward ads. If an ad pops up, go to your phone's home screen and then return to the game. It'll count as watching the ad, and you'll get the reward. GG 🫡

I hired employees while watching ads and upgraded them a lot, but I found out that experience points only increase when I sell myself, not through employees? Whenever I tried to sell, the employees kept taking them. Since I had already mined everything possible and couldn't mine anything new, I filled up 50 items at a time through ads and barely gained experience points while rushing to pack my inventory before the employees... Hire the coal mining employee first and then hire other employees slowly.

I'm just doing what the game tells me to do, but it's a bit frustrating because it's in English. Although the time quests give low gems, there's a login quest for the first time in a while and a hidden quest, so I should try my best.
