This is a level 25 dish made as a souvenir. The maximum base grade is level 24, based on the 'God' grade. There's a chance to get level 25 by purchasing grade-up landscaping with real money. This recipe gives a lot of M-coins when delivered to the tasting event. For levels up to early 50s, the best is the level 12 'Matttal-ta'. From mid-50s to 99, the best is 'Uttangmeo' level 17 or higher. Level 25 dishes are something you can only attempt when you've saved up tens of thousands of Coops lol
