Usually, the gems came in fine, but this was my first time experiencing this. I followed helloki's tip and it was resolved successfully.

It's been happening since yesterday, and today I thought there might be an error, but the rewards just aren't coming in. So, since some people said submitting a ticket would work, I submitted one too.

With the Hwanta time quests and attendance rewards gone, it's getting less interesting lol

I submitted a customer service inquiry because my quest isn't processing, but why haven't I gotten a response? It's so frustrating. Last month, when I inquired about a payment error, I only got the same response from an AI chatbot, so I deleted the game. Being this frustrated Is seriously stressful.

Give me rewards

The rewards didn't come in right away, so I submitted an inquiry and they arrived 5 minutes later! Thanks to Coin Master, I got to enjoy the treasure hunt and hidden quests with lots of gems. I think I had quite a bit of fun during this time. It's a shame to leave the remaining dice and coins behind, but I'm deleting my account for the next game. Bye!

Why aren't the rewards coming in? Don't just sit there doing nothing. Go to Profile > Settings (gear icon top right) > Customer Support > My Inquiries > Contact Us. Attach a screenshot showing your town level and submit an inquiry. 😊

I didn't get my reward for quest 120 either ㅠㅠ
