Does this game have hacks?
Is it possible for a Jolly + 32 Speed EVs Scarfed Masquerain to be slower than a Specs Elekid? If it used a status move, I could understand it because of Moxie, but it used Moonblast and I got outsped and lost. Seriously, what the heck?

Let's Briefly Learn About Brutalace
Today, we'll be looking at Brutalace, currently the 3rd most picked Pokémon in single battles. With its Steel/Dragon typing, it boasts a defensive typing that makes you wonder if it's even right, taking only 0.5x damage from Steel, Normal, Water, Flying, Psychic, Rock, Bug, Flying, and Electric attacks, 0.25x from Grass, and is immune to Poison. It resists a majority of existing types quite well. Normally, Pokémon with such a typing would have poor bulk, but this one has a Defense of 130 and Special Defense of 65, which seems like a flawed stat distribution. If that's the case, its offense should be lacking, but its Special Attack is 125. That's only 10 less than Mega Blastoise's 135 Special Attack. Its abilities are also crazy. It has Stamina, Sturdy, and Unaware. Stamina boosts Defense by 1.5x when hit, Sturdy lets it survive one hit at full HP, and Unaware ignores stat changes in doubles. Even with good abilities, you'd expect its movepool to be bad, right? But its movepool is also insane. Draco Meteor, Stealth Rock, Rock Slide, Hyper Beam, Dazzling Gleam, Dragon Pulse, Mirror Coat, etc. You simply can't predict its form. Looking at this Pokémon makes me wonder if this company even has a balance team.

Is it because Hamadon is too slow?

Let's learn about the ability 'Neutralizing Gas'
Neutralizing Gas is an ability that ignores the opponent's stat changes. This means that even if you're boosting your Attack with Swords Dance or your Special Attack with Calm Mind, it's as if you haven't gained any stat boosts at all if your opponent has a Pokémon with Neutralizing Gas. However, it also ignores stat drops, so if your opponent has Neutralizing Gas, you can be hit by moves like Draco Meteor or Overheat, which normally lower your Special Attack by 2 stages, without any drawback, which is a critical disadvantage. Furthermore, it doesn't ignore moves whose damage increases with stat boosts, such as those affected by Speed changes or Power Gem.
