I played for about 2 hours yesterday and thought it was more fun than I expected, so I'm sharing my thoughts! At first, I thought it was a horror game just by looking at the atmosphere, but when I actually played it, it turned out to be a healing game where you cook for animal and ghost customers? 👻 The gameplay involves making the food customers want and solving puzzles in between. Since the playtime isn't long, it was great for playing without feeling pressured. The atmosphere and sound were also good, so I got more immersed than I thought I would. I'm developing a mod that remakes a canceled build of a fan-made mod, and this is a gameplay screen from Ancient Cheese. There are a few escape collectibles that shouldn't have been there originally, but now, areas that were originally accessible are blocked by mines (green things that pop out of the ground), forcing a detour to the place shown in the first picture (the mod is a rework of Frenzy Facade).

Pearl Abyss... Tanked the stock price but isn't skimping on investment for Crimson Desert... A love-hate game company... They recently offered a free upgrade to the Enhanced Edition, added story coherence, and showed various improvements, and now they've revealed a DLC right after. Should I buy the PS5 disc again...? I have a feeling the price hasn't dropped... Or should I wait until the patches are mostly done and then buy it... It's rare for a game to make me think 'I can still play more even after 200 hours' given my personality, but Pearl Abyss makes me want to play again. I hope Korean game companies invest more in package games than MMORPGs to gain global popularity.

The trailer for Ascendence, the DLC for Monster Hunter Wilds, which was heavily criticized for its optimization and lack of content, has been released.. Should I just wait for the DLC and buy the complete edition like always with Monster Hunter? They say the optimization issues have been somewhat resolved.. After dying in the prologue, you select a character to start your next journey, and it proceeds in this pattern due to the roguelike mechanics. You also farm weapons and ammo by killing zombies, so I try my best not to die. With so many games to play, I wonder if I'll see the ending..

It's a story-driven JRPG called Megu and the Monsters. It's definitely a fun game. I think it deserves all the praise. Even if JRPGs seem difficult, they're easy if you guide your child well. I highly recommend you try it. Unfortunately, I haven't tried the DLC yet, but the base game alone is enough to make you feel its overwhelming fun. I'll post again when it goes on sale later.

Konami's masterpiece, Silent Hill 2, reborn as a remake, is currently on sale. Special discount until September 16th!! I'm saving up to buy the PS disc version later, but it seems like a decent price for those enjoying it on Steam! With significantly improved graphics, fans who miss the classic 'Gombol' games should consider buying and playing it. I enjoyed RE2 Remake too, and it's clear that remaking proven games is a profitable strategy for game companies. Most high-spec games I own are on PS, so similar titles don't show up. I finished Dead Space on PS too.. Recommended for fans of 'Gombol' games.

I think there was a demo play back in the early access days for under 10,000 Won... but it seems the demo is gone after the official release..? Why? Anyway, The Last Stand has now hit its lowest price on Steam. It's a top-down shooting roguelike game in a post-apocalyptic setting, which I really like. A short review... It's a game where you gain experience to get perks and power up, kill zombies, complete missions, and advance to the next stage. I enjoyed it more than I expected during the demo period. When your character dies, the next one says a line to start, which somehow feels like playing Project Zomboid... although there are no farming or building elements... Actually, it might be a plus for users who want to enjoy it in short bursts without the building elements...
