포켓몬 방

First off, the author really likes Squirtle. In the early Pokémon series, it showed a personality like a friendly old uncle, but I remember it as a Pokémon with immense charisma when it needed to step up. Originally, it was a delinquent Pokémon that gathered abandoned Squirtles in Brown City and caused all sorts of trouble as the leader of the town, and its sunglasses alone were unusual. Later, through a series of events, it was inspired by Jee-woo, who risked his life to protect it, and transformed from a troublemaker into the Squirtle Fire Brigade by putting out fires in the town. It voluntarily joined Jee-woo on his journey without any battles or tsundere behavior. In Original Episode 17, there was an episode where Pokémon searched for their trainers, and here it famously showed off its sharp teeth with the line, "Might have been eaten~." Among Jee-woo's early Pokémon, it showed a cute chemistry with Bulbasaur as best friends. Before Greninja appeared, it was known as Jee-woo's strongest Water-type Pokémon and was a powerful Pokémon.

Slower, and faster. Seriously.

This is something made for fun overseas, a chart speculating on the ancestors of Pokémon. Please enjoy it just for fun as it's not official :) I saved this when I was looking for data to write about the Electric Mouse series, but I left it out because it's not official and would make things too long. There are other Pokémon too, and it's quite an interesting speculation haha

Pikachu, a universally beloved Pokémon! Branching out from the Gen 1 Pikachu, Pokémon has introduced new electric mouse Pokémon every generation, solidifying its enduring popularity. These distinctive and cute electric mice each generation are small and chubby, yet they wield powerful electricity as their weapon, thrilling their opponents. Notably, the pro gamer Park Se-jun, through his outstanding performance with Pachirisu worldwide, helped establish the concept of 'Korean Pokémon' in a way. His resilience, enduring a powerful Draco Meteor while eating Sitrus Berries, was incredibly impressive. Later, it even appeared on the logo of the Korean team at an unofficial Pokémon Trading Card Game tournament. A point of regret is that in Pokémon GO, Pachirisu can only be caught in countries near the Arctic, making it difficult to find in Korea. There's also Mimikyu, often mistaken for an electric mouse, but Mimikyu draws its concept from a mimic and wants to resemble Pikachu, so it wears a disguise. It's not part of the electric mouse family. Recently, with the appearance of Palechu in Poképia, a new form of Pikachu has been revealed, drawing immense popularity for its delicate appearance.

Psyduck, the gag Pokémon, is memorable to anyone who's watched the Pokémon anime. Its Korean name is a portmanteau of 'gol' (head), 'apa' (ache), and 'duck'. As Misty's Pokémon in the early anime, it provided laughs with its goofy antics, but there's a reason it clutches its head with both hands. It's because Psyduck suffers from chronic headaches. The headaches have made its dazed state its default setting, and it's said that using its psychic power, Telekinesis, intensifies the pain. Conversely, the more severe the headache, the stronger its Telekinesis becomes. This power is often compared to a mysterious, uncontrollable force. When it evolves into Golduck, the headaches disappear and it becomes intelligent. Strangely, Psyduck's shiny coloration is sky blue, reminiscent of Golduck. In the early days of the anime, Misty often scolded Psyduck. However, when there were offers to trade it or attempts to kidnap it, Misty showed strong attachment. From the latter half of the series, it gradually received affection, and in the Sun & Moon series, Misty is seen cuddling it affectionately, showing the process of becoming a fan. It's quite cute when it tilts its head with a dazed expression🐥 (Qua-ck~?)

I'm curious about your favorite or first Pokemon game!!! I started with HeartGold/SoulSilver and it's still my favorite... I love the cute pixel art days (I don't have a Switch yet because I'm broke..ㅜ)

Is anyone here playing Pocket Rogues? I'd appreciate a guide from someone who's beaten the single-bug challenge.

I played the dot-art era Pokémon games, not the Switch or 3DS ones, so it was fun to see the characters from back then after so long. Having voices made it feel new too!

I'd like to share info about my favorite Pokémon, categorized by type and their characteristics.
