Once I pass 160, it turns into a ship. Since I'm a '1' with no time quests or action quests, I'm out.

Press the blue arrow first, then while hitting the car in front, you can press the yellow arrow to move the car behind.

If a car is parked diagonally or in a certain way, if you look at the returning car's path, the car behind might have a shorter path, allowing it to go first and block the car ahead, forcing it to back up. You'll get the hang of it with practice. Some situations won't work, but if you look closely, many will. I'm too sleepy to keep trying...

It's not that it's difficult, but sometimes it's just impossible. You absolutely have to use items. For example, two cars are facing each other. If you try to move car A, it gets blocked by car B, and if you try to move car B, it gets blocked by car A. You have to move both to clear, but it's impossible without items. Since these kinds of situations pop up sometimes, I don't feel the need to think too hard about it. If I can't beat it, it's just a problem with the game.
