The Intern
I went to see The Intern. Since the background was a clothing company, the outfits were so pretty. I watched it thinking, 'They're unique and nice~'. After watching, I want to see the original work. A sudden love line... I want to ask why they did that. Maybe they added it to make the characters closer. I think it would have been fine without it. Actor Choi Min-sik's acting was so good. There was no awkwardness, and it felt so real that it was fun. Overall, I felt like I was crammed in as an employee at the company because there wasn't a single actor whose performance felt lacking. Honestly, among actress Han So-hee's lines, 'I don't get along with any adults' <- this felt so much like me. If you like movies about jobs and want to watch a fun, heartwarming movie, go see it~

No Choice Extended Cut
When it was first released, I kept wondering 'What is this?' every time a scene changed, but I felt like the extended cut resolved that curiosity. Also, I think I liked it more because actor Lee Byung-hun's comedic parts seemed to have increased. It felt like they edited it aiming for awards but then released it for laughs. Looking at the result, I think it might have been a bit more successful if it had been released as an extended cut. I don't know the film festival results, but it seems like they ended up editing it out of necessity.

Gas Human
I watched the Japanese drama 'Gas Human'. I was a bit confused and spaced out while watching it, but in the end, I understood everything and felt something close to being moved. The plot seemed to speed up towards the latter half, so it was a bit difficult to follow while I was distracted. I think you'll understand it better if you watch it comfortably from a warm bed. They'd give some important info, then stop... give some info... die... give some info, then stop... But then again, it wouldn't be fun if they told us everything. I wonder if it's because I've been sleeping less lately, or maybe my situational awareness is slow. I hope you all get plenty of sleep. Anyway, that was a long rambling, but it was a really fun drama because it's a crime procedural with a fantasy twist. If you don't mind a few brutal scenes, give it a watch.

The Young Ones at Dawn (2021)
It felt like a coming-of-age movie at first, which I liked, but then it went into affairs and infidelity, so I stopped watching. I watched it because the main actress was pretty, but the plot was a real turn-off.

The Killer Inside
Watched it since it's on Netflix. It's worth watching. The action is a bit sloppy, but the slight twist was good too. I also liked the non-cliché setting. Give it a watch when you're bored.

My Name
I watched the drama 'My Name'. Even though it was long, I finished it really quickly. I started watching it just knowing that actress Han So-hee was in it, and I really liked it. She's surprisingly good at action. I hope she does more action roles in the future~ I had no idea what the story was going to be as I watched. Whose side were they on... what were they going to do... why were they acting like that... I had no clue. I was watching with a constant 'Huh?' until the last episode. So, I was thinking 'Is it this side or that side?'... and the 8 episodes flew by, and it wasn't until the drama was ending that I finally went 'Ah~'. (Honestly, it's also a problem with my comprehension). Of course, it wouldn't be fun if they revealed everything from the start, but in the middle, I was constantly questioning if I was even understanding it correctly, with like 400 question marks in my head... Personally, I really dislike sudden romantic scenes. Because of that, I felt like 'Why is this necessary?' when they suddenly showed a potential love line in the middle. But as I kept watching, I started thinking it would be nice if they could love and be loved. Anyway, I enjoyed watching it. If you like fast pacing and intense fights, you should watch it.

Sympathy for Lady Vengeance
I watched it again after a year. It's one of the reasons I fell in love with movies, and it's a film I've rewatched several times. I didn't watch it because I'm a fan of director Park Chan-wook, but because I really, really like actress Lee Young-ae, and as expected, she was amazing. I loved the directing and the story. Among films with female narratives, it wasn't a story, development, or character that portrayed a purely pitiful heroine or one who only relied on help, nor was it one where she solved everything entirely on her own. Even though she's a bad person, she has a charm that makes you want to root for her. Even though it's a 20-year-old movie, I felt it hardly seemed dated. I wondered if I'd ever find another movie I liked this much in my life. (It can be a bit gory, but... I absolutely love it.) For those who haven't seen it yet, I hope you'll give it a watch at least once~

Endgame
I've been rewatching parts I want to see lately, and maybe because the movie is long, I'm seeing scenes I'd forgotten, which feels new. I'll probably keep watching until before Doomsday.

Resident Evil: The Final Chapter
Even though I didn't know any of the actors, had never played the game, or seen the previous installments, it was a highly immersive movie. I should look up the previous ones.
