Wore pants to work for the first time in a while and it's manageable. Since I start work at 2 PM, I always had to fight the hot sun, but I made it to work safely. It feels like autumn, which is nice.

It's a bit hot during the day. It feels like the wind is stronger than yesterday, but it's still hot...

This activity I started at the beginning of September I've managed to get through the first week. Now that I've completed a week, the next goal is to make it two weeks. If I set a big goal, there's a higher chance of feeling overwhelmed and pressured, leading to the laziness that makes me want to give up everything. So, I plan to increase it week by week. It's chilly in the mornings and evenings, but the sun is shining brightly during the day. It's typical autumn weather. I heard the flu is already spreading. As the temperature difference between day and night starts to increase, Be careful not to catch a cold~! Or the flu~!

The wind is blowing gently.. it's a pleasant day~^-^ Hope you all have a delicious lunch~^-^

It's really getting chilly in the mornings and evenings now haha Be careful not to catch a cold during this season change. If you get pharyngitis once, you'll suffer for over a week.
