A match is 35 seconds, and it's a guaranteed ad when it ends. Don't bother.

You can upgrade with coins. It's recommended to upgrade experience first (priority 1) and then time (priority 2). Also, when you get close to items you can collect, a white border appears, so pay attention to that. As a side note, there are too many ads, so I recommend only doing Time Quests and Hidden Quests.
