I really like 'Gumiho: Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938', so I'm thinking of posting about Korean mythical creatures starting today.

The distance between me and that person kept getting closer. At first, I thought it was just a shape, but... I could tell it was a person, a man, by his clothes. What kept bothering me though was his head, or rather, his face kept turning black and then bright again. It was like he was looking up at the streetlight from underneath it... My legs kept moving, bringing us closer and closer. I was terrified but had to pass by, so I turned off my MP3 and gripped my umbrella tightly. If it was something strange or a person, I was ready to swing it. After about ten steps, I finally felt relieved. It wasn't something strange, it was just a person. He was just twitching his head like someone with a tic disorder. Still, I didn't loosen my grip on the umbrella, just in case. Luckily, I kept looking straight ahead, and he didn't seem to pay any attention to me... Phew, I thought I was safe... but then, the thought suddenly struck me, 'Why is that person even there?' The thought popped into my head. But I absolutely did not look back and just kept walking forward. I was really, really scared... What do you think it was?

When I was young, I used to work the closing shift at a supermarket... In my youthful exuberance, I'd walk the long bus route home... It had rained on my way to work that afternoon, but by the time I got off, the rain had stopped, so I was walking home with an umbrella, listening to music on my MP3 player. At the time, there was a large amusement park with a huge lake right in front of my house, and I had to pass through it to get home. There was a bus stop in the middle, and it was late, so there were no cars or people passing by... I was just walking along the familiar path. Once I passed the amusement park, it was my house... But... as I got about halfway through, I saw someone standing under a streetlight... their head... specifically, their face was flickering between dark and bright. I was thinking, 'What is that?' The person wasn't moving at all, but only their face kept appearing like that. The funny thing is, maybe because I'd been walking for so long, my legs just kept going towards it as if they had their own destination.
