MCreator is a free PC program that allows you to easily create Minecraft mods/add-ons/datapacks, etc. (It's paid on the Microsoft Store, but I'm posting this as a form of support; it's free on the official website.) You can easily create all sorts of elements like items, biomes, blocks, and entities with just a few clicks. And if you want to "create armor that grants resistance when worn"? You can implement it through block coding. It also supports text coding. Of course, you have to create the textures and models yourself. However, there's a built-in drawing tool in MCreator to create item textures.. For models, you can create exactly what you want for free using Blockbench. Mods created this way can be uploaded to various mod sharing sites, including the official MCreator website, if they have sufficient added value. I'm also working on one, so I plan to post my mod creation journey here.

For Java, I'm looking for someone with a Realm server. For Bedrock, just add me as a friend and we'll play. It's a Survival server.

Create is an industrial mod where you build and assemble various machine parts to make them work, and it has a huge amount of add-ons. (Never call it an industrial mod) At first, you can get power by directly turning a crank or building a water wheel to harness the flow of water, and later you can obtain power by building multi-block structures like windmills or steam engines. You can automate various things, starting with an iron factory, then a gold/quartz factory, automatic farming, a wood factory, and so on. After installing the mod, if you run the game, there's a tutorial you can access by pressing the W key in-game, so it should be easy to get started. There are all sorts of add-ons, like the Ultimate Factory that lets you build Netherite/Diamond factories.. or add-ons that make it compatible with cooking mods, and even add-ons that generate electricity usable in other mods. There are many other add-ons too, so it's worth checking them out. Once you start the game, it's recommended to make gold plates with a presser and craft goggles and a wrench!

This mod, also known as "Tinker's Construct," allows you to become a blacksmith. Initially, you'll craft parts by shaping simple materials like stone, wood, and bone using molds, and then assemble them to create tools. Later, you can build multi-block structures called the "Smeltery" and "Basin," and craft parts through "casting" by melting metal ores and pouring them into molds. (The Basin can even create alloys depending on the materials used.) There's a tutorial book item within the mod, so playing should be convenient. I remember going around bashing Blaze heads with a greatsword just to melt some high-tier metal. (Blaze heads are a good fuel source) For Java Edition, there are various add-ons for this mod that add tool proficiency or more diverse fuel/mineral types. For Bedrock Edition, you can try the lightweight lite version, or purchase the full version with Minecoins.

Short for "GTNH". Gregtech New Horizons is considered one of the most difficult modpacks, due to reasons such as.. -Mobs exploding with a certain probability if not defeated with specific tools - Powerful elite mobs with all sorts of modifiers - Machines exploding for various reasons - Enhanced hunger system And so on.. It's a tech modpack where players start from tier 0 using wooden/flint tools, gradually progress by crafting various machines, eventually venturing into space in the late game and building Stargates. However, it's also a modpack with extremely high survival pressure. From dreaded Creepers to all sorts of variations... At night, you can't see anything without light sources. You get hungry very quickly just by running a little, and apparently, eating the same food multiple times won't fill you up. Surprisingly, the tutorials and explanations from other users are quite friendly, so if you have any questions, you can go to Discord and ask "in English". For installation, it's common to use a third-party launcher specialized for modpack installation, like the Technic Launcher, rather than the vanilla launcher.

If so, you need to know about "Blockbench" first. This app is a 3D modeling program, suitable for creating models with a low polygon count. It's very easy to use, and you can start creating right away after watching a few simple tutorial videos on YouTube. It allows you to export models in formats compatible with Minecraft Java/Bedrock Edition, which is a great help for mod/addon creation. Of course, "easy to handle" and "producing high-quality results" are different matters... Just like anyone can draw a line with a pencil, but not everyone can create a drawing that evokes admiration.

I've looked through addon apps before, but there aren't many good quality ones.

Personally, I'd recommend Iris. I tried both on 1.21.1, but OptiFine kept crashing my game. There seemed to be a lot of talk about poor compatibility, but it really does seem unstable. At the time, the only other mods I had installed were... "Korean Language Pack Mod" and "Minimap Mod". It wasn't those causing the issues, though.

Is your game crashing after installing mods? Are you seeing a red screen with an error message? Hopefully, this guide can help. If the mod requires a different Minecraft version: - Install the mod loader for the correct Minecraft version. If the mod requires a different mod loader: - Install the mod loader that the mod requires. If the mod loader is an outdated version: - Download the latest version. If the mod itself is the problem: - Remove the problematic mod. - Ask the mod developer for help. - If you are the mod developer, analyze the logs first. If the game requires other mods to run: - Install the required mods and try again. This is usually indicated in the crash screen or logs. If you have incompatible mods installed together: - You might have to give up one of them. For Fabric: - Don't forget to install 'Fabric API'. If you're experiencing severe lag: - Try seeing if optimization mods like 'Sodium' can help. - Reduce the number of mods installed. - Upgrade your computer's specifications.
