I'm kinda eyeing Bellina, but there's also the cute Norma coming back in the second half, so I'm having trouble deciding. I just started playing and only pulled Remiel, so which character would be better between Bellina and Norma?

I sometimes see character gameplay videos pop up on my YouTube algorithm, and this character called Phoenix is just adorable. I might have to return to the game later.

I lost an account I used around mid-August. I don't know the UID or the email I logged in with (I tried about 8 emails I own, but none worked), but I do know the password... The HoYoverse customer service said I need the logged-in email and UID to recover the account. Is it impossible to find it...?

I don't play much these days, and sometimes I get bored when I do, so I've been thinking about quitting. But then again, it doesn't feel quite right, so I've been thinking about it for a long time.
