Honestly, Diamond is the toughest in random queue. At Diamond level, you can pick based on your team's composition, and there might be someone with an 11-level Gear, Star Power, and Gadget. But if they don't have that, you have to pick based on the map. When people pick mindlessly, it feels like Diamond is the most challenging rank in random queue.
