For me, situation 2 is the most infuriating. When you're someone who clears stages relying on Ultra Rare units, getting a trash Ultra Rare unit feels really bad....

LOL;; It wasn't easy though, since I didn't clear it in one go.

You should do it with barracks like this. Do a reroll. Install an app player like Nox and reroll until you get something good. It'll be easier in the early game if you pick one after rerolling.
