I just did a fortune telling gacha and got a 'bad luck' result. I was planning to use about 10 'Letty's' since the current Hagocho characters seem to be appearing well, but does getting 'bad luck' mean I should hold back?

I keep having leftover EXP. Should I level up characters I don't use?

Is Chronos good....? I pulled it from the recent Ulhago Festival? Hmm... it says it stops all enemies... There are usually some characters that are still bad even with this, so I'm asking for your help.. Is Chronos worth using..?
