Since I just started, it's more complex than I thought. But after going to the settings and turning on auto-training, it's become surprisingly convenient. It feels like a soccer version of 'This Life is Baseball'. It's a management game where you can choose whether to do celebrations and what to say in interviews. You can also set it to 'results only' so you can see the outcome immediately without watching the match, just like in FM. This setting is great for impatient people like me.

It seems like you choose a position, train them, and then play matches with other users, so I'm raising them with anticipation haha
