What is this?
Are they only giving gems now? Lately, they've been giving only gems without experience or boosters.

Pokémon GO Type Chart
The left side shows the type of the attacking move. The right side shows the types that are weak (super effective) against that move's type. If you're only doing raids, this much is enough, but if you're also doing the Battle League, it's good to look up resistance types separately.

How to Throw a Curveball
Seems like there are a lot of new players, so I wrote a guide! If you hold the ball, spin it counter-clockwise, bring it to the bottom-left corner, and throw towards the 2 o'clock direction, it's easier to hit. For Pokémon like Pidgey or Caterpie that are very close, you can catch them with a very gentle throw. For Pokémon like Zubat or Gastly that are far away, bring them to the bottom-left corner as much as possible and throw with all your might. (When I catch them, for close ones, I place the ball in the center, spin it, and flick it less than 1cm. For far ones, I spin the ball in the bottom-left corner and quickly flick it to the right edge of the screen.) If you spin the ball clockwise, do the opposite: bring it to the right and throw towards the 10 o'clock direction. There are differences depending on the phone model, so it's hard to give exact angles or positions. It's important to keep practicing throws to get a feel for it!
