Cute Eevee Gets ugly when it evolves

Please, please let me get Glaceon, Umbreon, or Sylveon.

Did they remove the feature that lets you evolve once without conditions if you change the name.. ㅠㅠ It doesn't work anymore.

Suddenly felt bored and logged in, found a lot of Eevees, caught them, but no shiny ones... I thought there'd be at least one...

When catching a Pokémon, press and hold the berry icon at the bottom left (or right) with one finger and slide it slightly to the side. While holding it there, throw a Poké Ball with your other hand. As soon as the ball hits the Pokémon, release the berry menu. A 'Run' (Exit) button will appear at the top left. You can skip the animation of the ball shaking and exit immediately; the Pokémon will already be caught!

Pokémon A #1: 0 Stars / CP 1078 Pokémon A #2: 2 Stars / CP 0965 ❓ Questions Stats Related 1. There's Attack, Defense, HP (stars/IVs) and CP. Which one is more important? Power-Up Related 2. If I were to invest Stardust to power them up, which of these two Pokémon should I raise? In-Game Battle Related 3. If I were to deploy them in a gym or Rocket battle right now without powering them up, which one would fight better? I just started and really don't know anything. Please provide a detailed answer if possible. Thank you!
