Question
Hi, I'm a new player with 4000 rank. How do I unlock Super Instinct? Asking because I don't know.

The basic instinct is the yellow slot, but the super instinct is the red slot. You can unlock super instinct with NP once your character reaches level 60. You'll probably be able to equip one more Instinct Orb too.

Once you clear Chapter 1 of Shinryu, you can level up to 50, and from level 50 onwards, you can use Dark Cat's Eye to level up to 60.
