I did all the quests and leveled up to 5 like it said, but why didn't I get the gems? They'll give them to me if I wait, right?

If you complete a hidden quest and don't get the reward, the fastest way is to just take a screenshot and contact customer support. Sometimes they'll give it to you if you wait, but there are cases where it's not recognized and the reward is lost after the period ends.
