Not Maintaining Activity

I tried it on ZetaLabs, but it says 'Ad Preparing' and keeps freezing. Is this normal? If I tap elsewhere, the window saying an ad will appear closes, but when I try to proceed again, the same window pops up saying an ad will appear 🥹
