I've been playing intensely for over an hour, why am I getting NO gems.. ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ What grudge does this game have against me lol.. Lately, it feels like this game and others are quite frequently shortchanging me on gems?! My head is spinning.. ๐

Sometimes there are time measurement errors. When that happens, go to Profile > Settings > Game Time Measurement and run the Game Time Measurement Diagnosis. If you've turned off gem acquisition notifications, it's also good to turn them back on. This way, you can check if gems are being acquired properly as you play, and take action if they aren't๐
