They drop evenly, but it's better to watch ads that are worth it... otherwise it's kinda tough.

As you play, you'll often find one stat lagging behind. It's a game where suddenly only running improves, while flying or swimming might decrease... Even with microtransactions, unless it's a special item, stats increase randomly... The stat that's most lacking can be gradually filled in the training playground, and your only option is to raise it when it appears as an ad reward..
