The Korean server is scheduled to launch around next June. In the meantime, the limited-but-not-really training horses coming out are Steel in Love and Stay Gold. These limited-but-not-really ones can't be obtained from the 3rd or 4th anniversary select tickets or gacha pulls; you can only get them through jewel-based pity pulls. The limited-but-not-really training horses released so far were Jungle Pocket, Gentle Donna, and Orfevre.
