What Town Hall level is everyone at?

I used to play this game consistently and had a lot of fun back in the early days, but now I barely remember it.

I'm at Town Hall 8.

I'm in the late stage of Town Hall 12. I don't have many laboratory upgrades left, and the only remaining builder-required upgrades are for heroes. Since my Archer Queen is already maxed, I've put all other heroes to sleep.
