Uh... speaking as someone who's been penalized for falling asleep. If you leave it idle for just one day, 8 hours might be okay. I actually slept through it for 4 days..... (I charged it for a treasure quest and then fell asleep....) I got penalized on the 3rd or 4th day. I've fallen asleep and left it on for 4 hours each day recently, and so far, it's been fine. If you play hard today, or play normally, you might not get penalized~
