Ad Blocker Trick
I saw a tip on the community and tried it out. If you go to Settings -> DNS Search -> and set it up like in the picture, the ads that used to pop up mid-game actually disappear. Total life hack, awesome! If you were annoyed by ads while trying to do hidden quests, I totally recommend this.

After completing a time quest, change it automatically before claiming your reward, then press the reward button a moment later. Otherwise, sometimes when bonus rewards appear via ads, the ad won't play, and you won't get the bonus gems.

Doing this prevents the hidden mission from appearing. It's better to keep the default setting off and only turn it on when needed.

I tried this too and it's good. If the game requires watching ads to clear, you can disable it and play.
