⭐️The mission was to open an 'al-sangja' (mysterious chest), so I tapped 9 gems. However, only the 9 gems disappeared, and the chest didn't open. Please resolve this. I worked hard to collect gems for this mission... Gems are so precious and hard to get. ㅠㅠ

If you're doing the Bingo quest, I'd recommend skipping it. There's one that costs a lot of gems.
