Gacha Pull
Himeko Nova's skill condition seems to be mainly for basic characters like Welt and Dan Heng. Should I pull for her? Or should I wait for Silver Wolf 999's parts... Need advice.

Ooh~! Himeko Nova's great synergy with the base characters really helps with early game growth. However, if you're looking ahead, saving your resources for Silver Wolf 999, releasing in April, is also a wise choice. Hmm!

I pulled them. If you have Walt, I recommend them.
