Dungeon Quest

I didn't receive the location open reward, so I inquired, and they said it was fixed. It still didn't work, so I inquired again. They said it works for things I haven't cleared before and that they'll check with the game company. They asked for my ID, and after I gave it, they asked for my advertising ID... Seriously? Then they added a closing remark saying accounts exploiting the system will be restricted. What? I'm just asking about a reward that didn't come in due to an error, and I get this response. It really sours my mood.
