Honestly, just pick and raise the operators you like. If you're really having trouble pushing, you can easily clear it by using support units! I recommend Wishdel (Sniper) and Wang (Specialist).

Honestly, pulling for your favorite character is the best! But if I were to recommend some strong operators, I'd suggest the current rate-up characters like Wang and Chen (3rd skill), followed by Closure, the two Monster Hunter collab characters, and Angelina's alternate form. Among other limited operators, maybe Wishedel? And for the standard pool, Tragoedia (Phantom's alternate form) would be good!
