Don't do this at all

I took a break for a few months and logged back in after a long time, only to find that one of my accounts was completely gone. I originally had two accounts, one I barely started and another that was over level 100 and I was actively playing. But when I logged in today, my account was completely gone and I was back at the initial screen. A recovery notification popped up, and when I clicked it, the level 100+ account was gone, and only the barely started account remained. Everything I've accumulated was lost just because I didn't log in for a few months. This game is something else. There were many bugs before, but this really crosses the line.
