You need to join the #1 alliance, or the top alliance in server power from the rankings. When upgrading the Forge, make sure to activate the construction buff at the City Hall before upgrading. Do your daily quests, hunt beasts 10 times, and definitely buy the construction and march units! Don't just click on items because there's a red dot indicating they can be used; you only get rewards if you use them during events~
