Anyone good with Unity here...?

I never thought I'd be posting about Zepeto-related issues here... ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Seriously, ever since I started, when I'm working on Zepeto contests in Unity, two windows are supposed to pop up, but they don't, so I can't proceed. I reinstalled it to fix that, but now when I try to add shadows through project settings, I get a recorder error that prevents it from working... Seriously... I've searched the internet, asked AI, and posted on Q&A sites, but nothing worked, so I've come here. Are there any Zepeto and Unity users who might know what's going on...? 🥲
