But I feel like the dungeon quests might be tough. I started late because I just afked for 30 minutes initially.. Maybe it'll be possible if I can get good gear drops though.

If you're only doing hidden quests, you can easily clear them by going to an earlier server and joining the top-ranked alliance. Go to New Server Profile -> Rank and join the alliance with the highest power level; it'll be much smoother. The gifts you receive every time an alliance member makes a purchase are a great help.
