Seems like the hidden part is tied to the stage, not the level. The graphics are like something from the DOS era, but as long as you tap the upgrade button occasionally, it's super easy to get the hidden stuff while idling.

It's pixel art, so it looks like old graphics and visibility is terrible (in my opinion). But if you watch an ad to get a day's worth of missed progress, then watch an ad for auto-synthesis, activate 60 minutes, and then watch an ad for the sword summon and activate another 60 minutes, you can easily leave it on idle.
