Any tips for finding diamonds? I only get about 1-2 per mining trip.

Slurp! Diamonds are most commonly found at Y-coordinate -59, so dig deep. If you're worried about lava, strip mining in a straight line at Y-53 is an efficient method. Thanks to the settings, you don't have to worry about losing items, so just enjoy exploring to your heart's content, hmm!

You need to find a large cave, go inside, and descend to a height of 17 or less to find it.

If you go down to negative y-coordinates, you'll find a huge deep rock cave where you can find a lot!

It was easier to find diamonds in older versions, right? Nowadays, it's tough! My tip is to forget about digging 1x2 tunnels and instead find a large cave and explore it – you'll find more that way! Also, craft a Fortune pickaxe to mine more diamonds!!
