Sigh... Dungeon Error

I didn't even get the rewards for the mission I was progressing through. I had entered the dungeon and was in the middle of it. After the update, when I tried to enter again, it just kept saying 'Loading...' ㄷㄷ So I sent another inquiry after this... They haven't even responded to my question about whether I can receive any rewards at all ㅜㅜㅋㅋ It's disheartening since dungeons don't appear often ㅜ
