Heatwave
It's seriously so incredibly hot. I start sweating buckets after just 10 seconds. I'm worried about the people working outside. There are a lot of things like ice vests these days, so make sure to wear them while you work. My commute is hell, so I bought an ice pack for my neck. Everyone, be careful of the heat!

I used to work outdoors until last year, and my clothes would get soaked with sweat in less than an hour ๐ญ I just thought, 'It's summer, so it can't be helped, it's natural,' and got through it. I wore a fan vest and lived on sports drinks ๐ The neck coolers just melted immediately. They actually felt hot! Now I've changed jobs and don't do that anymore, but I really suffered from heatstroke multiple times. It was hell!
