Vigra's 4th Evolution

With Vigra's 4th evolution, it feels less like just a cat combo character and more like a debuff supporter. It received a special effective against Super Rare enemies. The wave length has increased, allowing for stable, long-lasting debuffs on enemies further back. And the most noticeable change is the attack speed reduction. With increased HP, it feels like the 4th evolution has almost eliminated the drawbacks of the 3rd evolution. I think it's good.
