Can someone teach me how to write good prompts..?

I usually write prompts like this: 1. World-building (if not modern setting) 2. Characteristics of the region or place where the story takes place 3. Main storyline (if there's a goal, a simple flow towards it) 4. Character traits - appearance, personality, way of speaking (especially specific speech patterns) I usually add instructions at the very top, like preventing user impersonation and prohibiting meta-language. If prompt space is limited, you can reinforce the prompt using keywords, especially for stories.

If it's the story creator mode, it's 7000 characters, but if there are multiple characters, I run out of space for settings.
