How to exchange coins
You can only buy gifticons by exchanging gems for coins, right? But when I exchange gems for coins, can I only exchange 1 coin? It takes time, so when can I exchange and purchase? Is this correct?

You should be able to exchange at least 300 coins a day, right? Maybe you don't have enough gems or you haven't set the amount to exchange?

100 gems is 1 coin. If you play games in between and occasionally post on the board, you'll accumulate them~ Just like the saying 'Every little bit counts,' you can exchange them if you keep at it little by little. I also occasionally post and receive around 4000-5000 gems.

Coin exchange is immediate, but it takes about a week to receive the item.

If you slide that bar to the right, you can exchange up to the maximum.
