I recommend you keep submitting inquiries. I had a different game reset before, and after submitting an inquiry, they checked my account and restored it with the most recent data I had tried. I think it would be good to keep submitting inquiries.

There are cases where accounts have been recovered using purchase history even without a recovery code, but this is becoming less common nowadays. If you inquire and get a response, it might be very difficult to recover without knowing at least the most recently used continue code. However, success stories do exist, so give it a try. Trying multiple times increases the chance of a positive response.
