What kind of mental illness did the developers have?

It's not difficult, just overly frustrating... Organizing item placement in storage space? How are we supposed to clear the stages?? The time limit is short, and you have to watch several ads for hints just to clear it... Most mobile games are just stress-inducing garbage.
