Jam Coin Heart
I get how to use Jams and Coins. You can exchange Jams for Coins and buy gifts in the shop, right? But how do you use Hearts?

You use it to open chests, and hearts also open a heart shop. The heart shop probably hasn't opened yet because your floor level is too low. It should open as you progress through the main floor quests.

Slurp! Hearts are mainly used to open treasure chests or buy buff items, hmm! The Heart Shop you mentioned will open clearly once you reach a certain level, so don't rush. I believe your efforts to collect gems will soon pay off!
