It must be really upsetting that you tried to get to sleep early today to manage your condition, but it didn't go as planned. You're probably worried with sleep deprivation adding to the already stressful Monday. It's late, so I recommend stepping away from media for a while and just lying down comfortably, even if it's just to close your eyes.
